By purchasing from RayShop you are automatically agreeing to the Terms and Conditions as laid out below.
All Italy based orders are sent with National mail service Recorded Delivery. All international orders are sent with National Mail International Signed For.
Please double check the address to which you wish your order to be delivered and the one supplied to RayShop by PayPal via your account are the same. RayShop holds no responsibility for being supplied with an incorrect posting address. Redelivery will be at the cost of the customer.
For international orders please allow approx 1 - 3 weeks for delivery. National mail can take time getting orders to certain countries. Please contact us for more info.
On very rare occasion, overseas shipments may be subject to import duties and tax. Additional charges must be at the customer’s expense. RayShop has no control over these charges and accepts no responsibility for any additional overseas costs.
If this order is for a special occasion, eg. a birthday present, and you require delivery by a certain date please email this address with the relevant information and we will do our best to accommodate.
DAMAGES, LOSS & REFUNDS
If the product is received damaged in the post, RayShop must be notified immediately by the customer who will need to retain the product and packing. RayShop will contact the delivery service who will be responsible for addressing and compensating the damage claim. The damaged product must not be sent back to RayShop.
All orders are double checked before posting and will not be sent with any defects. RayShop is not responsible for any damages incurred by National mail. Once the product has been dispatched to the delivery service by the seller, the risk of loss passes to the customer.
Products may be returned if the customer notifies RayShop via email within 5 days of receipt of product. Products must be returned undamaged and in the state in which they were
sent. The customer is responsible for ensuring correct packing of the product and using
appropriate postal and recorded delivery methods with relevant insurance cover in place.
RayShop is not responsible for the loss or damage of any returned product. Upon satisfactory receipt of the returned goods to RayShop, we will refund the money earned to the buyer. RayShop will aim to refund the buyers payment within 7 days minus the costs of initial shipping and packing charges.
The customer is liable for the return carriage costs. If the customer fails to return the goods
they will be charged the full cost of their recovery. They are under a duty to take care of the goods until they are returned.

Copyright of the images is retained in perpetuity by the artist and they may not be reproduced in any context or media digital or analogue. Any unauthorised reproduction will result in legal proceedings. By purchasing work from RayShop you automatically agree to and accept the above terms and conditions.
